### RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Welcome to Neeyas. Because each of our dresses is meticulously handcrafted and custom-sewn with love in Thailand, we strive for the highest quality and want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. 

If you are not perfectly satisfied, we are here to help guide you through our return process.

#### 1. RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within **14 days** from the date your package was delivered. Items must be shipped back to our studio within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund.

#### 2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for a return, your dress must be in the exact condition you received it:
* Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
* Free of any stains, makeup, perfume, or scent of smoke
* All original tags must be securely attached
* Packed in its original packaging

*Please note: Custom-sized or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.*

#### 3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS (CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY)
To keep our international shipping free for all initial orders, **customers are fully responsible for the return shipping costs back to our production studio in Thailand.** 

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for packages lost in transit during return shipping.

#### 4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact our customer care team at support@neeyas.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will provide you with the correct return shipping address in Thailand.
3. Package your item securely and ship it via your local postal service or courier (with tracking).

#### 5. REFUNDS PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected by our tailoring team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and approve or deny your refund based on its condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Stripe) within 5–10 business days. 

*Please note: Original duties, taxes, or shipping costs incurred by the customer (if any) are non-refundable.*
